This exercise asks you to develop 3 "Life Preservers", or visualizations of
what your life will look and feel like after you have achieved your goal. The
purpose of these visualizations is to set a clear path for your work, as well
as to give you something to cling to during the tough times, or when you feel
like youíre losing sight of the end goal. Be creative, make them compelling,
